About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Architect who is enthusiastic, design-oriented, and eager to learn all aspects of modular and prefabricated construction. You will support our senior team in the execution of villa and resort projects - from concept development and 3D modelling to detailed drawings and site coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the design and detailing of residential villas and prefab structures.
• Create presentation drawings, working drawings, and interior layouts under the guidance of senior architects.
• Develop 3D visualisations, mood boards, and material palettes.
• Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination with consultants and contractors.
• Support the documentation process for prefabrication, including module planning and LGS integration.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare project portfolios and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institution.
• 0 –2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site for coordination and execution.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for clean, minimal details.
• Understanding of architectural workflows and site coordination basics.
